Ensuring land previously used for industry is safe and that developments are carried out on land suitable for the end use.
5. Effective Refuse & Street Cleansing:
Through education on waste minimization and recycling both residential and industrial. Ensuring also that residents, businesses and visitors respect the district and keep it clear of litter and fly-tipping.
